Delivery Times Within Aotearoa:

Shipping, Delivery Estimates and Fees

 

All shipping charges are in NZD.

STANDARD ORDERS take 1-4 working days to deliver to the North Island and 2-5 working days for the South Island.

Please allow 1-2 extra days for Rural Delivery.

You can calculate Shipping Fee on Checkout page or when you edit your Cart.

For all New Zealand orders over $100 there is FREE SHIPPING!

 

REFUND POLICY

Our return policy for purchases online is very simple.

If you are not happy with your products in any way within 14 days after your purchase, we will replace them or refund your purchase.

Please send us and email using the Contact Us tab with proof of your purchase details: your invoice number, batch number and best before date information you will find on the product packaging, along with the reason you are dissatisfied.

We might request that you return unused product before processing a refund or replacement.

If you made your purchase from the other party, you will need to return it to that stockist. Their return policies apply in terms of refund or replacement.
